Automatic Fit-to-Size E-Commerce Bagging Machine
Form, Seal and Label Right-Sized Dispatch Packs in One Automated Process
This fully automatic e-commerce packaging machine forms a made-to-length, four-side-sealed dispatch bag around each product using roll-fed film. It removes the need to select from multiple pre-made mailer sizes, supports inline print-and-apply labelling and is available in 350mm and 550mm maximum pack-width configurations for varied fulfilment operations.
Fit-to-Size Packs
Forms each bag to the required product length
Four-Sided Seal
Creates a fully enclosed dispatch pack without a heat tunnel
Inline Labelling
Supports barcode reading and print-and-apply shipping labels
Why Choose Automated Fit-to-Size Packaging?
Reduce Excess Packaging — The machine uses only the film length needed for each order, helping reduce material use compared with selecting an oversized fixed-format mailer.
Simplify Consumable Stock — Roll-fed film replaces the need to hold several sizes of pre-made bags, reducing picking decisions and simplifying packaging inventory.
Automate Repetitive Dispatch Tasks — Bag forming, product wrapping, sealing and optional label application take place in one continuous process.
Support Mixed Product Profiles — Two machine widths handle packs up to 350mm or 550mm wide, with unlimited pack length and a maximum height of 140mm.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is an automatic packaging machine that forms a four-side-sealed dispatch bag from roll-fed film around each product. The pack length is made to suit the order, so operators do not need to select from several pre-made mailer sizes.
No. Although the equipment uses sealing technology, it creates a closed courier-style pack and does not require a heat tunnel. The film is sealed around the product rather than shrunk tightly onto it.
The main difference is capacity. The 40 eCOM handles packs up to 350mm wide on a 400mm conveyor, while the 60 eCOM handles packs up to 550mm wide on a 600mm conveyor. Both support unlimited pack length and a maximum pack height of 140mm.
Typical maximum output is 12–20 packs per minute. Actual throughput depends on product dimensions, film type, labelling requirements and the surrounding infeed and despatch process.
Yes. Barcode reading and print-and-apply labelling can be integrated so variable courier and order labels are applied during the packaging process.
The system can be configured for PE, POF, OPP, CPP, PP and co-extruded films. Film thickness and sealing method must be matched to the material and application, so pack testing is recommended before specification.
