Four Formats for Void Fill, Cushioning and Wrapping
Single pillows provide fast, general-purpose void fill for everyday parcels and help restrict product movement inside the carton.
Double pillows create greater filling volume per section, making them useful for larger voids and higher-throughput packing operations.
Air tubes form connected tubular chambers that can be wrapped, folded or layered around products where more continuous cushioning is required.
Paper pillows use 100% recycled paper and recycled kraft paper to provide a paper-based void-fill option in various widths, including applications involving heavier products.

GreenLine and RecycLine Film Options
GreenLine contains at least 30% recycled material while retaining the low weight and load capacity required for everyday protective packaging.
RecycLine contains at least 90% recycled material, including post-industrial and post-consumer recycled content. It provides a higher-recycled-content option without giving up the storage and weight advantages of on-demand air cushions.
Both film types are recyclable where suitable polyethylene film collection facilities are available. Local recycling instructions should always be checked.
